FAULTY SECTOR LOCALIZATION METHOD FOR POWER TRANSMISSION, AND DISTRIBUTION LINE AND LOCALIZATION DEVICE THEREOF

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To localize the direction from a faulty sector detector by localizing also for the double-ended resistance earthed neutral system, the double-ended power system, and the loop system, other than the single-ended resistance earthed neutral system. PSOLUTION: The faulty sector localization detector FS, which, while providing "tower number" to the towers 2, 2a and the like of a power transmission and distribution line, and preparing non-contact electric- and magnetic-field sensors at towers so as to face each three-phase power transmission line, computes detection signals of the electric- and magnetic-field sensors and localizes faulty sectors, is prepared at the towers of 2, 2a and the like, zero-phase voltage, zero-phase current, positive-phase current, and reverse-phase current are computed, and different phases are compared to be localized at the "younger number side" or "older number side" that indicate the "tower number"and the direction.
