PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide route information that minimizes the traffic in the same migration route as the past migration route when offering route information service at a plurality of locations.;SOLUTION: A route information offering system offers, in which a plurality of image formation devices 101 including a reading means 1013, and an outputting means 1016 are connected to servers 102 -106, a user the route information. The system includes a means 1021 for obtaining historical information duration of user's movement to an installation location based on a manuscript read by the reading means 1013, and a means for obtaining user's additional destination information, based on the manuscript, and a searching means of searching route information, based on the destination information and the additional destination information.
