PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material for tires having more abundant functionality, to provide a method for producing the rubber material for the tires and to provide the use of a particulate material. PSOLUTION: The rubber material for the tires having the more abundant functionality is obtained by dispersing at least one of a material having 50-800 nm particle diameter and a liposome as the particulate material which is a dispersed phase in rubber that is a dispersion medium, etc. The method for producing the rubber material for the tires and the use of the particulate material used for the method are provided.
