PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buried form installing structure constituted of few members, and reducing a projection from a repairing surface of a concrete structure.;SOLUTION: This buried form installing structure 10 has a buried form 11 arranged at a predetermined interval to a surface of a tunnel 1, a metal form 13 abutting on the buried form 11 from the opposite side of the tunnel 1, connected in the horizontal direction and having a rib on at least the periphery, a flat bar 14 abutting on the metal form 13 from the opposite side of the tunnel 1 and connected in the vertical direction, an anchor 12 driven in the surface of the tunnel 1 and penetrating through through-holes 11A, 13A and 14A arranged in the buried form 11, the metal form 13 and the flat bar 14, and a fixing means installed in the anchor 12 and fixing the buried form 11, the metal form 13 and the flat bar 14 to the anchor 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
