STRUCTURAL BODY AND EXTENSION/CONTRACTION DEVICE FOR ITS MAIN FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural body used as a bridge erected for emergency as well as a extension/contraction device for its main frame.;SOLUTION: The structural body is composed of a main frame, wherein more than one side-frames arranged alongside and capable of elongating/contracting in the elongation direction are integrally coupled, and a fixed member for preventing the side-frames from elongation/contraction. Two frame members connected with a pin at the central portion compose frame elements, a plurality of which are connected respectively with each other at tip ends of the frame members with pins. The elongation/contraction device of the main frame includes an anchor which is pin-connected with a lower end of a forward-tilting member composing a base-end frame element of the main frame, a lever arm which is integrally connected with a backward-tilting member composing the base-end frame element, a guide support for roller-supporting an upper end of the lever arm and a double-acting cylinder for widening/narrowing the angle formed with the forward-tilting member and the backward-tilting member.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
