PERFORMANCE DIAGNOSIS METHOD AND DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM FOR GAS TURBINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose performance of a gas turbine, even if the gas turbine is an aging machine whose performance characteristic is changed caused by maintenance or detailed specification of the gas turbine is not known.;SOLUTION: A performance diagnosis system comprises: a characteristic modeling means for modeling a performance index of the gas turbine as a function whose input includes an intake temperature and intake pressure, based on operating data of a certain range during a period to be diagnosed of the gas turbine 101; a standardization means converting the performance index in a value (standardized data) in a predetermined intake temperature and intake pressure; and a diagnosis means inputting the value of the performance index included in data of a certain range during a period to be diagnosed into the standardization means to determine deterioration/recovery of the performance based on time series increase and decrease of the standardized data. In this case, a base load operation data extraction means 131 is introduced to generate a certain range of operating data to be input to the characteristic modeling means and the diagnosis means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
