PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station that records and displays the arrival of an incoming call without giving adverse effect on a medical device and to provide a communication network by which the arrival of an incoming call is notified to the mobile station even when the mobile station moves to other place.;SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a setting instruction of a transmission suppression mode from a user (S521), the mobile station 20 transmits a setting notice signal to a base station 50 (S522) to suppress the transmission (S524). The base station 50 registers mobile station information to a switch station 60 (S523, S525).
