WEIGHING ORDER CONTROLLER FOR WEIGHING DEVICE WEIGHING TWO OR MORE MATERIALS IN BATCHER PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the weighing precision of materials and attempt an improvement in the quality of the product.;SOLUTION: A weighing order controller has (1) a weighing order selection section 40 specifying a weighing order of two or more materials a1, a2 and a3 arbitrarily to the weighing control panel 39 of a batcher plant having one weighing meter 35 below storage bottles 29, 30 and 31 for the materials a1, a2 and a3, respectively, and (2) a weighing load controlling section 41 capable of inputting/outputting data in the order of discrimination numbers assigned to the individual materials a1, a2 and a3 to/from a material managing unit 48, a printing unit 49 and an external unit 46 while giving an opening or a closing order to the weighing gates 32, 33 and 34 of the individual storage bottles 29, 30 and 31, respectively, according to the specified weighing order. The weighing error can be reduced by inputting quality and an amount of to-be-produced ready-mixed concrete to the weighing control panel 39 and specifying the weighing order of the materials a1, a2 and a3 in order of the magnitude of the blending ratio in the weighing order selection section 40 to allow materials of smaller blending ratios to be weighed later so as to reduce the deviation on charging to the weighing meter 35.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
