PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) measuring probe, and an NMR measuring apparatus that uses it, capable of preventing a temperature rise of a sample due to heat conduction through a transmission line, and performing NMR measurements, even at a cpyogenic temperature of, for example about 1K.;SOLUTION: The nuclear magnetic resonance measuring probe, for performing NMR measurements on a sample while cooling the sample, is provided with a liquid helium vessel 29, an RF coil 10 arranged inside the helium vessel 29, vacuum layers 2A, 2B for thermally insulating the helium vessel 29 from outside the body of the measuring probe 50, and a transmission line 31, arranged to transmit the nuclear magnetic resonance signal detected with the RF coil to the outside of the measuring probe 50, in such a way that the signal passes through the vacuum layers 2A, 2B.
