PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis method capable of deciding a failure situation of a sample without destroying the sample.;SOLUTION: In this analysis method, a plurality of pieces of first data each obtained by performing a wavelet transform to a first measurement signal obtained by measuring an electric characteristic and/or a mechanical characteristic in each material of a plurality of samples in advance to divide it into a plurality of frequency levels, and associating them to the failure situation, and second data obtained by performing the wavelet transform to a second measurement signal obtained by measuring an electric characteristic and/or a mechanical characteristic of the sample of an analysis target to divide it into a plurality of frequency levels are compared, and data having highest relevance to the second data are extracted from the plurality of pieces of the first data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
