PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect data for estimating the cause of an accident even in case of trouble. ;SOLUTION: A mooring state monitor is provided in the form of a float. Upper and lower mooring rope detaching mechanism 21, 22, an electronic control part 23 and a state monitoring sensor are integrated into the float. This float has an outline without a catching part, and a transmitting antenna and upper and lower detaching handsets 24, 25 responding to a detaching acoustic signal are fitted to the periphery. The electronic control part 23 takes in measured data from the state monitoring sensor and clock data from a built-in clocking means, and operates the upper and lower detaching mechanism 21, 22 on the basis of the taken-in data and switches on a power supply of the transmitting antenna.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
