PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the difference of a plurality of three-dimensional images just as a desired image.;SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image display device comprises; a three-dimensional image acquisition means 802 for acquiring the three-dimensional image to be observed; a display part for displaying the three-dimensional observation image acquired in the three-dimensional image acquisition means 802; a view adjustment part for adjusting at least one of movement, inclination, rotation and scaling for the three-dimensional image displayed on the display part; a reference plane generation means 804 for generating a plane to be a reference which can be displayed by being superimposed on the three-dimensional image displayed on the display part; and a reference plane moving means 806 for moving the reference plane generated in the reference plane generation means 804.
