PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system, a device for diagnosing energy consumption, a computer program and a recording medium capable of diagnosing energy reduction effects by advice including difficulty of execution of the advice.;SOLUTION: After elapse of prescribed period from transmission of a diagnostic result from a management server 10 to a customer terminal 30, the difficulty of execution in the case of executing the advice which is included in the diagnostic result is received from the customer terminal 30 by a communication means 15, a degree of reduction of the energy consumption by the execution of the advice the difficulty of which is accepted is calculated by a CPU 11, the calculated degree of reduction and the accepted difficulty are stored in a hard disk 13 by associating them with each other and a piece of advice to be added to the diagnostic result is selected by the CPU 11 based on the difficulty of execution of each piece of advice and the degree of reduction of the energy consumption.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
