PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating mechanism for a mixing and deaerating device which conducts mixing and deaeration of a mixing material that allows revolution, spinning and oscillation of the bucket with a low vibration, prevents bubbles due to vibration and does not require an extra weight to suppress vibration. SOLUTION: A bucket storing a mixing material is rotated and oscillated while the container is rotated around the axial line Z of a revolution shaft 2a and the materials to be mixed are mixed and deaerated.
