PSOLUTION: An adaptive beam forming output frequency analyzing apparatus is configured in such away that a background level calculating device 5 estimates a background level at each analysis band Δf to generate a result of an adaptive beam forming output background level from a result of an adaptive beam forming output frequency analysis obtained by a frequency analyzer 3 which applies a frequency analysis minutely at an analysis band Δν on an output resulting from an adaptive beam forming operation of a frequency domain adaptive beam forming device 1, a degraded portion judging device 6 detects a degraded portion of the S/N ratio by using the result of the adaptive beam forming output background level, thereby generating degradation bin information about the degraded portion of the S/N ratio, and a frequency analysis output embedding processor 7 executes an embedding process from the degradation bin information. In the embedding process, the degraded portion of the S/N ratio in the result of the adaptive beam forming output frequency analysis is replaced by a result of a primary beam forming output frequency analysis executed by a frequency analyzer 4 which processes an output resulting from a primary beam forming operation executed by a frequency domain beam forming device.
