PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber laser module in which, if a level of input excited light is high, a laser characteristic or an amplifier characteristic is never lowered at a high reliability.;SOLUTION: The optical fiber laser module comprises: a main body case 20 having first and second openings 24a, 24b; a cylindrical member 40 arranged in the main body case 20; an optical fiber 60 which has a middle part thereof helically adhered to the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical member 40, both ends thereof separated from the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical member 40 and extending toward the first and second openings 24a, 24b, and to which a laser medium is added; support members 50a, 50b for supporting each end of the optical fiber 60 separated from a peripheral face of the cylindrical member 40; and translucent members 30a, 30b arranged in the first and second openings 24a, 24b for sealing an inside of the main body case 20 airtightly.
