PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply synthesizing a macrocyclic pyridinophane, and to provide a new macrocyclic pyridinophane synthesized by the method.;SOLUTION: This method for synthesizing the macrocyclic pyridinophane of the present invention is characterized by comprising a process for dropwisely adding a solution containing a bifunctional monomer comprising a 2,6-dibromopyridine derivative to a dispersion containing additives, and a process for heating the additive-containing dispersion containing the dropwisely added monomer-containing solution to synthesize the macrocyclic compound comprising many monomers and having a space therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
