PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert a format of a mail received by a mail server by a Clipper program of a PC, to transmit it to a WAP server, and to communicate a mobile terminal of a destination of the mail by a short message by the WAP server.;SOLUTION: The Clipper program inside the WAP server A20 or the PC connects to the mail server A30 set by a user, downloads the contents and the attachment of the mail, converts the format into a format of the mobile terminal, and transmits them to the WAP server.
