PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable submission of investment conditions from an investor side and also to enable adjustment of portfolios.;SOLUTION: A server for issuing secondary securities receives a borrowing condition from a bond issuer, an investment condition from an investor, a purchase condition from an excess securities negotiation institute; obtains target creditability of secondary securities for the investor based on the investment condition; obtains probability distribution which is an event probability for every fund collection amount; obtains creditability of a secondary securities for the excess securities negotiation institute by generating contract terms which set a dishonor boundary amount and a full redemption boundary amount for the secondary securities for excess securities negotiation institute and selecting a contract terms candidate; sets up the amount issued for secondary securities so that the expected value of difference of collection amount of funds and redemption amounts at maturity may become a predetermined value; and selects one whose amount issued of secondary security is smaller than the sum of acquisition maximum limit and the sellout amount of secondary securities to investors out of the combinations of the contract terms candidate and amount issued of secondary securities as a portfolio candidate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
