PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange time notification system of house composition materials which notifies the terminal devices provided in houses of the information concerning exchange recommendation time of every house composition material judged based on management information of house composition materials collected by a central unit, a central unit, an exchange time notification method of house composition materials, and a computer program therefor.;SOLUTION: In the exchange time notification system of house composition materials whose central unit and terminal devices are connected so that they can transmit and receive data, whose terminal devices are installed in houses, and which notifies the terminal devices of the exchange time of every house composition materials used house building from the central unit, the central unit memorizes guarantee periods and/or durable periods corresponding to information specifying the house composition materials, acquires installation time of installation in houses for every house composition materials, calculates exchange recommendation time for every house composition materials based on the installation time, guarantee period, and durable period for every house composition materials, and transmits, to the terminal devices, the exchange recommendation information when the time arrives calculated exchange recommendation time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
