PORTABLE TERMINAL AND CRIME-PREVENTION MEASURE FUNCTION STARTING MECHANISM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal for making it unnecessary to provide any mechanism for making the portable terminal reusable, and for reducing the occurrence of any erroneous operation.;SOLUTION: The owner of the portable terminal simultaneously grips a portable terminal case body 1 and an antenna 2, and strongly separates them to pull the antenna 2 out of the portable terminal case body 1, and to destroy the configuring elements of the portable terminal. Then, two contacts 3a and 3b mounted on the bottom face of an antenna base 2a are not energized. Then, a disconnection detection/alarm transmission circuit 5 detects the energization disconnection of the contacts 3a and 3b by lead wires 4a and 4b to issue an alarm with a large volume. Also, a crime-prevention measure function incorporated in the portable terminal case body 1 having such crime-preventing effects of automatic notification to the contact destination of emergency circumstances and the turning-on of an extremely bright light is started.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
