PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed information management system for managing information collected from distributed controllers or sensors, and to provide an information collecting server, an information acquisition server, and distributed information management method and program.;SOLUTION: Sensor information received from a surveillance apparatus 13 is transmitted to a weather information collecting/intermediate processing server 11 located at a shortest distance in IP (S301). The weather information collecting/intermediate processing server 11 investigates a region from a source IP address when sensor information is received from collected sensor information (S302). When a region where the surveillance apparatus 13 transmitted each sensor information is installed is detected, the sensor information is classified according to the detected region and weather information for each region is generated (S304).
