PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm or the like for a speaker device having a slender structure capable of reducing rolling or the like without providing a damper.;SOLUTION: The diaphragm related to the speaker device is formed in a slender structure, has a recessed shape and is provided with a voice coil mounting part extending its longitudinal direction. The voice coil mounting part has a gap of constant width in its short side direction and includes a voice coil support part for supporting a voice coil and a swelling part provided at a position connecting to the voice coil support part. Since the swelling part is formed so as to particularly have a gap larger than the gap of the voice coil support part, the swelling part can increase the strength of the voice coil mounting part. When the diaphragm is applied to the speaker device, the need of providing a damper in order to reinforce the strength of a vibration system is eliminated. In addition, the occurrence of curvature, bending and rolling (transverse rocking) in the voice coil mounting part can be reduced while sound is reproduced, a collision or the like between the voice coil mounting part and a magnetic circuit can be prevented, and the occurrence of abnormal sound can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
