PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the oscillation of a fuselage by analyzing pressure differential data band-processed and scaled, to determine the deviation of the data of pressure, etc., to produce a start command, in producing the start command by detecting a oscillation phenomenon, etc., indicating the airflow separation of an aerofoil. ;SOLUTION: In a fly-by-wire aircraft steering system, a pressure differential transducer 15 is mounted along the 10% chord line of a vertical fin 11 including a rudder 14, and an obtained pressure differential signal is devided 19 by an impact pressure signal, then band filter processed 21 to be inputted into a oscillation threshold detector 23. A band-film-processed signal is analyzed to count the frequency of plus and minus deviation of the signal, in the range of related band width and exceeding a given threshold level, by a counter 25.
