PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading apparatus, an electronic document creation method in the image reading apparatus, and an electronic document creation program in which scanned documents are bound for a desired unit, a time stamp is added thereto, and documents can be automatically processed while shifting the time to another date/time subsequent to a date/time when the documents are scanned, by a single scanner.
