PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device by which an osmosis membrane can be used for a long period and also pure water can be efficiently recovered, in a method for recovering pure water by an osmosis membrane treatment.;SOLUTION: In a high efficiency of pure water recovery method by a through magnetic field osmosis membrane treatment, raw water is passed through 0.5-3T magnetic flux density of strong magnetic field once or several times, then the scale is dispersed and later the water is pressurized and is forcedly passed through the osmosis membrane. When water passed through strong magnetic field is matured the reaction and then is passed through the osmosis membrane, the effect is more effective. When slime is present in raw water, an addition of a chlorine chemical (hypochlorous acid, chloric acid, etc.), enhances the recovery ratio.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
