PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoking area separation apparatus capable of efficiently separating a smoking area so as not to let the smoke of cigarettes flow to an adjacent player side, saving energy, and enabling each player to comfortably play a game.;SOLUTION: The smoking area separation apparatus for forming an air curtain at the side part of a game machine comprises: a smoke detection reception means for receiving smoke detection signals from a detection means which detects the smoke of a cigarette of a player; an air curtain formation means for forming the air curtain by blowing air from the side part to the front part of the game machine; and a control means for not making the air curtain formation means blow off the air and making the air curtain formation means blow off the air with the reception of the smoke detection signals as a trigger.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
