PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood dialysis membrane preventing the infiltration of endotoxin as a pyrogenous substance into the body at the time of dialyzing, and a dialyzer using the membrane. SOLUTION: The surface of the blood dialysis membrane is coated with a polymer of N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylamide and/or N,N- dialkylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylate. A copolymer of a hydrophobic monomer, N,N- dialkylaminoalkyl(meth)acrylamide and/or N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl(meth) acrylamide and a hydrophobic monomer can be used instead of the polymer.
