PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume control device capable of easily preventing sound of a large volume from outputting, and to provide an audio device equipped with the volume control device and a volume control method.;SOLUTION: When an audio operation detector 15 detects operation of an audio device after counting start of a timer 11 (step S3 Yes), an output control unit 10 determines whether the operation detected by the audio operation detector 13 is performed during counting of the timer 11 or not(step S4).
