PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlled object apparatus capable of easily downloading software to an operating means, and to provide its supervisory control system. PSOLUTION: The controlled object apparatus 2 is the one to be remotely operated by the operating means 4, including a receiver 6 and a transmitter 7. The receiver 6 receives distribution request information. The distribution request information is related to a distribution request to be transmitted from the operating means 4. The transmitter 7 transmits the software for operating the controlled object apparatus 2 to the operating means 4 when the receiving part 6 receives the distribution request information.
