PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for repulsing harmful birds and animals, capable of surely repulsing the harmful birds and animals and also making them never come back to that place again.;SOLUTION: The method and device for repulsing the harmful birds and animals are provided by arranging a balloon 1 expanded in a state of housing a powdery material 2 scattering by a window pressure on breaking the balloon and also attached with baits 3 which the harmful birds and animals like, at a place for wishing to prevent the damage caused by the harmful birds and animals. Since the balloon 1 is broken when the harmful birds and animals stand nails on the balloon, peck the bait or pull the bait for trying to take the bait, the powdery material 2 housed in the balloon is scattered around together with an explosive sound and falls over the harmful birds and animals, it is possible to surely repulse the harmful birds and animals and also make them never come back again to that place.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
