PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light oil composition which exhibits efficiently the function of a low-temperature fluidity improver, even if it is a light oil fraction having a narrow boiling point range, and gives sufficient low-temperature characteristics in clogging poing, pour point and the like, and a process for producing the same.;SOLUTION: There are provided a light oil composition excellent in low- temperature characteristics, which comprises 75-95 vol.% of a light oil base material, 5-25 vol.% of a 4-7C dialkyl ether compound and 100-1,000 volppm of a low-temperature fluidity improver, and a process for producing the same, wherein the end point of the light oil base material is preferably 360°C or below, and the difference between the 90% distillation temperature and the end point is preferably 25°C or below.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
