PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a conference which has been in a desired conference state from recorded pictures, sounds, etc. during or after the conference. PSOLUTION: Organism information acquisition devices 2SB1/SB, 2SB2/SB, to 2SBn/SBfor acquiring organism information are attached to conference participants 1SB1/SB, 1SB2/SB, to 1SBn/SB, respectively. Organism information processing parts 3SB1/SB, 3SB2/SB, to 3SBn/SBperform prescribed processing of organism information acquired by organism information acquisition devices 2SB1/SB, 2SB2/SB, to 2SBn/SB. The combinations of features of organism information and conference states showing which state a conference resides in are recorded in a conference state dictionary 4. A conference state estimation part 5 estimates a conference state by using information obtained by the organism information processing parts 3SB1/SBto 3SBn/SB. A conference state recording part 6 records the conference state in a conference state database 7 together with time information. A conference state retrieval part 8 retrieves a time when a conference was in a desired conference state, from the conference state database 7 during or after the conference.
