PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress care apparatus capable to release sound, color, smell, action and expression having a relax effect or refresh effect at a best timing when fatigue, stress and tension are felt. PSOLUTION: The stress care apparatus is equipped with a biological information receiving part receiving biological information relating to the bioreaction of a user, a condition judging part judging the tension or fatigue conditions of user from received biological information, a stimulus controlling part to ameliorate tension of the user from the judged results in the condition judging part or suppressing generation of stimulus to give a fatigue ameliorating effect, and a stimulus generating part according to the control of the stimulus controlling part.
