PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein due to deviation in daylight, a difference in level is caused only in the periphery of a bamboo blind-like curtain hanging on the side of a window, so that the existence of the bamboo blind type curtain sometimes constitutes an obstacle to prevent entering of cool wind to an extent that a mirage (ghost) appears in the case of a worse example.;SOLUTION: A hanging pawl for stopping the rolled-up bamboo blind is fitted to the tip part of a built-in belt of a semi-automatic winder containing a spiral spring having a convex function to make this bamboo blind hacker. A stopper for simply stopping the rolled-up bamboo blind type curtain has never invented heretofore. The bamboo blind type curtain is adjusted to stop in an arbitrary position, so that the bamboo blind is not oppressive, and the products on the market can be used to devise free and inexpensive hacker.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
