PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lenticular lens sheet which improves contrast, has small unevenness of an ambient light absorbing layer, and can suppress abrasions due to contact between sheets, and to provide a back projection type screen, and a back projection type projection device. PSOLUTION: The back projection type screen has a lenticular lens sheet 1. On the incidence surface of the lenticular lens sheet 1, a first lens array 12 is formed on a first lens layer 14. A second lens array 13 which crosses the first lens array 12 almost at right angles is formed on the interface between the first lens layer 14 and second lens layer 15. The second lens layer 15 has a refractive index different from that of the first lens layer 14.
