LABELING STROKE ADJUSTING DEVICE AND LABELING STROKE ADJUSTING METHOD FOR LABELING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling stroke adjusting device for a labeling machine, which simplifies labeling stroke adjusting work of label pieces 11 by a labeling cylinder 41, does not employ a cylinder front-end sensor or a press-bonding sensor, dispenses with a sensor cable for the press-bonding sensor, and facilitates maintenance management thereof, and to provide a labeling stroke adjusting method for the labeling machine.;SOLUTION: The labeling stroke adjusting device is set up by paying attention to: that a labeling stroke is preset according to an interval between a suction plate 17 and an article M; that a driving speed of a cylinder rod 22 is constant depending on a driving pressure; and that the cylinder rod 22 is driven over a stroke time period corresponding to the labeling stroke, based on the driving speed of the cylinder rod 22. Thus a suitable labeling stroke is set between a suction location of the label piece 11 and the labeling location of the label piece 11, and the suction plate 17 is moved toward the article M over a stroke time period corresponding to the set labeling stroke.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
