PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved system for soaking a strip of cleaning fabric 13 for use in a cleaning system of a cylinder of a printing press.;SOLUTION: Firstly, a cleaning fabric supply roll having a strip of cleaning fabric is placed on the cylinder cleaning system. Secondly, the strip of cleaning fabric is brought into contact with an organic compound solvent.
