PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently acquire information about a route up to a mobile node when a network allowing the mobile node to be arbitrarily connected is controlled.;SOLUTION: In a network wherein each node communicates with adjacent nodes based on connections established between the adjacent nodes, a special gateway node (G) 301 is installed. The gateway node (G) 301 requests each node to send adjacent node interconnection information as link information between adjacent nodes. When receiving the adjacent node interconnection information, the gateway node (G) 301 sends the information to a control node 501. A mobile node does not decide whether or not to be connected to a core network and informs the control node 501 of route information.
