PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously manufacture a lens by reacting a forming thiourethane prepolymer with a urethane formable monomer in a reactor with an extruder, and giving a predetermined curved surface to a lens precursor for punching an extruding optical thermoplastic thiourethane-urethane copolymer sheet. SOLUTION: Diisocyanate and/or diisocyanate compound of a tank 1 for storing in a nitrogen atmosphere and thiol compound of a tank 2 are sufficiently mixed by a static mixer 5 with a heater, chemically reacted to form a thiourethane prepolymer(TP), and cast in an extruder 7. Diisocyanate of a tank 22 and diol of a tank 21 are cast in the extruder 7 at a predetermined ratio, copolymer 8 mixed and polymerized with the TP is oriented in an extrusion sheet state, continuously punched by a rotary puncher at an outlet side of a conveyor 9 to a lens precursor, and press molded by a press to obtain a lens. Thus, the lens having no optical unevenness can be continuously manufactured.
