PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method, in which it can be detected that registered audience members actively express interests to advertisements and come into close physical proximity of designated locations of advertisements by viewing, and corresponding advertisers can be billed.;SOLUTION: Advertising hosts can detect registered audience members who respond to advertisements by coming into close physical proximity of designated locations, so that corresponding advertisers may be billed accordingly, and the designated locations include positions of actual products and places where products or services are provided. A host system operated by the advertising hosts includes a data processing module, an electronic environment, advertisements, and a data communications network. The electronic environment presents content associated with the advertisements.
