PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To derive a precise array manifold using interpolation, without previous preparation of a large number of array manifolds used for the estimation of arrival azimuth.;SOLUTION: Phases of the array manifold data, corresponding to a plurality of angles previously prepared by recording in a recording medium, are acquired. The phase quantity, based on coordinates of an antenna element, is found, and a subtracted phase value is determined, by subtracting the phase quantity from the determined phase value of the array manifold. An interpolated subtracted phase value is determined by an interpolation process, using the subtracted phase value.
