PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin dioxide nanoribbon having a new profile that is unknown heretofore, and to provide a manufacturing method to realize the same.;SOLUTION: The tin dioxide nanoribbon that has the profile branched at right angles to the main axis with a length of several tens μm is manufactured by heating a mixture of a tin powder and ferric nitrate to 1,000-1,200°C in an argon gas flow.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
