PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based alloy member having an insulating phosphate-processed coating film.;SOLUTION: This Ni-based alloy member has a Ni-based alloy base material, and aluminum phosphate film deposited on the surface of the Ni-based alloy base material. The member can be obtained by a method in which a film is deposited on the surface by processing the Ni-based alloy base material with phosphate, and the phosphate processing is performed with the processing liquid containing phosphoric ions and aluminum ions. A compound soft magnetic material is provided, which consists of the Ni-based alloy, and has soft magnetic alloy powder for forming an aluminum phosphate film deposited on the surface thereof and a matrix resin with the soft magnetic alloy powder being dispersed therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
