PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical CDMA system or the like for eliminating the need for correcting a threshold value of a data determination unit during communication.;SOLUTION: The optical code division multiplex access communication system is provided with: a transmitter 2 including a modulator 6 for distributing an optical pulse train generated from a light source 5 by a bit period into mark pulse trains and space pulse trains, a marking optical coder 7 (optical coder A) for coding the marking optical pulse train distributed by the modulator, a spacing optical coder 8 (optical coder B) for coding the spacing optical pulse train shared by the modulator, and a multiplexer 9 for multiplexing the pulse trains; an optical detector including a marking optical decoder 11 (optical decoder A), a spacing optical decoder (optical decoder B), a photodiode 13 (optical detector A) for outputting a mark signal, and a photodiode 14 (optical detector B) for outputting a space signal; and a receiver 3 including a calculation circuit 15 for calculating outputs of the photodetectors and a data determination unit 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
