PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass wool molding which eliminates the utilization of a binder and secures handling performance comparable to the case where molding is executed by a binder and which is applicable to many areas such as applications for a core material of a vacuum heat insulating material, a building material and a heat insulating material for an automobile. PSOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a glass wool molding, glass wool is molded by fiberizing a glass material. Press molding is executed after molding glass wool mat by collecting the glass wool. The press molding is executed while maintaining temperature between 250-450C by supplying water so as to make moisture content of the glass wool mat between 0.1-7.0 mass%.
