The invention relates to novel pharmaceutical compositions based on compounds of general formula 1 wherein X and the groups A, B, R, R1, R2, R3, R3', R4 and R4' have the designations cited in the claims and in the description, and EGFR-kinase inhibitors. The invention also relates to methods for the production of said compositions, and to the use of the same for the treatment of respiratory illnesses.
