PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing hyperpolarized noble gases in which the strength of NMR signals of hyperpolarized noble gases is not reduced even if they are transported over a long distance by suppressing the occurrence of spin relaxation, a nuclear magnetic resonance spectral apparatus using hyperpolarized gases in which the apparatus for manufacturing hyperpolarized noble gases is incorporated, and also to provide a nuclear magnetic resonance spectral apparatus. PSOLUTION: The apparatus 31 for manufacturing hyperpolarized noble gases is provided with both a hyperpolarized noble gas generation cell 14 for generating hyperpolarized noble gases by optically pumping noble gases in the presence of an alkali metal and an extra-fine capillary tube 20 of an inner diameter 0.1-1.25 mm downstream from the hyperpolarized noble gas generation cell 14.
