PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a moving body whose size varies in the azimuthal direction in a radar image.;SOLUTION: A radar image display section 110 acquires radar image data from identified information database 192, and displays an image on an input/output terminal 191. A structure specifying section 120 acquires the position of the structure on the radar image specified by a user through the input/output terminal 191 based on the displayed image. A structure image position calculation section 130 calculates the absolute value of the distance between structures on the radar image based on positional information of the specified structure. A structure relative position calculation section 140 calculates the relative distance between the structures on an ISAR (inverse synthetic aperture radar) image based on the absolute value of the distance between the structures. A feature identifying section 150 acquires the relative distance between the structures included in the known feature from a known feature information database 193, and compares it with the relative distance between the structures included in the feature on the radar image to identify the feature on the radar image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
