PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional technologies wherein sample taking out, sample carrying and molecular weight measuring take a long time, change proceeds in this period, making correct confirmation of the change state impossible, and a solvent and a catalyst are not uniform in properties, causing great unevenness in extent of change by temperature.;SOLUTION: In the present invention, a peep hole and an imaging device are provided in a solvent tank and the solvent inside the tank is imaged through the peep hole to solve the above problems. Images are transmitted to an image processing part and color change is continuously monitored by the image processing part on real time. When the color change reaches a value set in advance after a given time, the catalyst is not added, and when it does not reach, control signals are output for additional charge of the catalyst.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
